rom&nd Color Lip Matte is a smooth matte lip tint with a unique putty texture that glides on and blurs out lip wrinkles and fine lines for a soft, blurry lip look. How to Use
Slightly press the container and use the putty spreader to apply evenly on the lips, starting from the center and blending outward. Finish by blending edges with a lip brush if desired.
