Rom&nd Glasting Melting Balm

rom&nd Glasting Melting Balm is a tinted lip balm that melts onto lips with a transparent, watery glow. Its wax-oil formula with a Water Holding System forms a highly moisturizing protective barrier that locks in hydration without stickiness, while plant-derived vegan oils (argan, rosehip, evening primrose, jojoba, sweet almond, apricot, olive, shea, camellia) keep lips soft and supple. Vivid true-to-color pigments deliver a glass-like shine that layers beautifully - from a sheer wash to a bold glossy finish. The micro-control system dispenses just 1mm at a time for precise application.
